Warehousing
The Group owes several industrial sheds, placed in Milan and Como areas, suitable for storing thousands of square meters of cargo for medium and long stay.
The main warehouse is located in Cavenago Brianza (MB) and is used primarily as CARGO TERMINAL to manage short-term transit of goods subject to international shipping in Import / Export.
The terminal / warehouse is equipped with fork lifts up to 9 MTons capacity and a travelling crane of 15 MTons capacity.
We have space indoor and outdoor to store bulky or heavy cargo on the ground and covered space to store appropriate cargo on shelves.
We offer short, medium and long storages as well as a logistics services, starting from picking up anywhere in the World to end with the distribution anywhere in the World passing by any dedicated product handling needed while in our custody.
The warehouse is licensed to operate regular customs clearance in Export, Import and Transit.
It also has a special customs license named “Type C Warehouse” that allows to keep the goods in a foreign status with no time limit, allowing the customer to inspect, handle, manipulate, repack and recondition the goods before import customs clearance and, above all, allowing import customs clearing on partial basis. The latest is very useful in case the importer resells the product to different final buyers and doesn’t want to face the payment of import duty and taxes (VAT) for the whole goods to be imported at time of arrival. In fact any single final buyer’s order can be cleared at the time the transaction is finalized.
